The Coral Way Plaza Association faced water infiltration issues following the initial contractor’s work. DoubleDay Engineering intervenes and resolves this construction error.

NORTH AMERICAN TRANSPORT SERVICES

OPA LOCKA, FLORIDA

DoubleDay Engineering performs a forensic investigation of a structural failure incident at one of NATS warehouse facilities wherein the forklift driver while delivering packages hit a steel column at their warehouse and the entire roof collapsed.

FEDERAL BUREAU OF PRISONS

MIAMI, FLORIDA

DoubleDay Engineering constructs a robust masonry weapons storage facility complete with fire-rated access doors and secure locking systems. Build out of the fire alarm assembly and integrate fire sprinklers with the existing facility. Additionally, create an ADA-compliant access ramp.

FEDERAL BUREAU OF PRISONS

HONOLULU, HAWAII

DoubleDay Engineering has led the construction of an exterior, fortified firearms storage facility at the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Our scope of work encompasses the complete structural design and engineering, the installation of electrical and fire.

FLEMINGS STEAK HOUSE

CORAL GABLES, FLORIDA

DoubleDay Engineering’s scope of work is to design and build a 90-foot-long structural steel catwalk to facilitate HVAC equipment maintenance for Lennox. This involved the design of structural connections and load calculations to ensure the secure attachment of the catwalk to the second-floor slab, positioned 23 feet above the ground floor.
